Due to the high demand, Wildfire Mitigation Specialist (WMS) courses may fill up quickly. Communities have the option to host a course and prioritize participation from their community. WMS participants must be affiliated with a local authority to be considered. Applicable course fees can be 100% recovered through the Community Resiliency Investment – FireSmart Community Funding and Supports. Reach out below for more information.
