Ember suit

The Ember mascot suit is available for use at your local community FireSmart event if you are affiliated with a local government, First Nation or Indigenous community, or BCFSC member agency.
Before submitting, make sure you’ve read through the Ember the FireSmart Fox Costume Guidelines!
1Step 1: Read and print out the costume guidelines form
Before proceeding, ensure that you have both read and printed out the Ember the FireSmart Fox Costume Guidelines. You will need to bring a signed version of this to the place of pick up (which will be determined below).
2Step 2: Identify which Fire Center you live in
Using the map below, identify which fire centre you live in. This will determine where you will be requesting the Ember suit from.

3Step 3: Select your Fire Center and then fill out the request form details
Select your Fire Center from the dropdown below, then follow through the request details where you can select your dates, and fill out necessary information. Note that while the suit may be used at weekend events, the suit is only available for pick up and drop off Monday to Friday. All bookings must be done at a minimum 2 weeks in advance (for special circumstances, please email us). When booking, please recognize that pick up and drop off must be accommodated within the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm on Monday to Friday. Your selected fire centre will relay the address to you for pick up and drop off, as well as coordinate exact times for pick up and drop off.
