Emerald Gaiety Wintercreeper

(Euonymus fortunei 'Emerald Gaiety')

The highly ornamental variegated foliage on this fire-resistant broadleaved evergreen becomes pink-tinged in winter. It is an interesting shrub that can be useful in a variety of applications. It can be worked into a rock garden as an accent, it makes a nice groundcover, and it will climb if provided with support and be useful for screening. Caution: be careful that you do not place it where it can become a ladder fuel. Emerald Gaiety is just one of many winter creepers that can add amazing interest to a FireSmart landscape.
