FCNRP FireSmart Neighbourhood Plan

The FireSmart Neighbourhood Plan is prepared by the FireSmart Committee and assisted by the Local FireSmart Representative. The plan contains a minimum of three FireSmart mitigations ‘Action Items’. The plan is reviewed and approved by the FireSmart Committee.

FCNRP Volunteer Sign-Up And Time Sheet

This form accompanies the FCNRP application and is used to note volunteer sign ups, their contact information, and their hours.

FCNRP Application Form

This application form needs to be completed in order for a neighbourhood to be recognized as FireSmart by FireSmart Canada.

FCNRP Neighbourhood Wildfire Hazard Assessment Form

This form provides a written evaluation of the overall neighbourhood wildfire hazard and should be completed by a certified Local FireSmart Representative in order to be recognized by FireSmart Canada.
